Everything a session room needs, and little else
Six plain parts. Each one does one job for the guest.
A personal link
Every guest gets a link of their own. It needs no password and no app, and it opens the right screen for the moment they arrive.
A waiting room
Doors open 15 minutes before the session begins. An orbit and a countdown show the real start, in the guest's own time zone.
The room
Video on one side and chat on the other, with one clear button when there is something to do. On a phone the video stays on screen while the chat scrolls below it.

Plain emails before the session, each with the time and its place, a Join button and Pick Another Time.
A way to move
A guest who can't make it picks another time from any reminder. Their link stays the same and takes them to the new seat.
An end screen
When the session finishes, one screen thanks the guest and points to the next step the host has chosen.
