Luna Meeting is operated by Ultimate Trading Co LLC, c/o Harvard Business Services, Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. It is the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect

• Your name, your email address, and your phone number if you give it.
• Your time zone.
• When you join and leave a session, and how much of it you watch.
• Any questions you ask in the room.
• The type of device you use.

Why we collect it

To run the session you registered for, and to pass your registration and attendance to the host of that session.

Who sees it

• The host of your session, Pro Trader.
• Cloudflare, which runs this service for us as a processor.
• Our video provider, which delivers the session to your device.

How long we keep it

• Registrations, attendance summaries and records of the emails we send you: 24 months after your session. After that we remove your name and contact details and keep only the counts.
• Detailed attendance logs: 7 days.
• Records of each time you open the session page: 90 days.
• Questions you ask: 12 months.
• Messages sent through our contact form: 12 months.

If you stop our emails, or one of them cannot be delivered, we keep a scrambled copy of your address and the date, even after everything else is gone, so that the stop still holds if you register again. It cannot be read back into your address.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by writing to us through our contact page. A deletion also removes your row from the host's lead sheet. We also pass your request to the host, who removes you from its own email and sales systems.

Cookies

We set no cookies. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set its own to check that you are a person.
