How it works

From the first form to the last screen, a guest always knows when the session begins and where to go.

Register

A short form on the host's own page. The guest picks a time and has a seat straight away.

The waiting room once a seat is saved, with the start time, a countdown, calendar links and Pick Another Time.

Your personal link

The link arrives by email and belongs to one guest. It opens the waiting room, then the room, with no password.

The room

Doors open 15 minutes early and the session begins at its mark. Video and chat sit side by side, and a question box goes straight to the host's team.

Follow-up

The last screen thanks the guest and offers one next step. Anything after that comes from the host.
